Andromedia Studios is the on-screen brand of Andromedia Distribution Inc. (Film & Entertainment), a Canadian independent genre studio and distributor headquartered in Toronto.
The story
Reviving Canuxploitation.
Andromedia is focused on high-concept, market-driven entertainment. We finance, produce, and release multiple titles per year through a direct pipeline to top platforms and an international partner network.
We are spearheading a revival of the Canuxploitation tradition — Canadian low-budget B-movies of the 1970s and 80s — with the handmade energy, sharp hooks, and local point of view that made the tradition travel.
Our sister company, Andromedia Distribution, holds under direct ownership or license 14,000 hours of programming.

The alliance combines Indieo’s advanced distribution system with Andromedia Distribution’s rights portfolio of over 10,000 titles to build a technology-driven pipeline for theatrical and hybrid theatrical-digital releases.
Indieo was founded by Sam Brittan, Tony Hite, and Bobby Cloud. Together with Bill Dever and Norman Light, the partnership is aimed at moving independent entertainment further, faster, and into more rooms around the world.
